At Homes 4U Property Services we treat our landlords and tenants equally as we have a duty to offer the same high level of service, care, and assistance to both as well as advising them each of their legal requirements and obligations.
We try to create a comfortable and relaxed environment and atmosphere within the office so both tenants and landlords feel relaxed. We guide potential tenants and help them through the process of what is required of them and how best to proceed when applying for one of our rented properties. We also assist, if applicable, in contacting Housing Benefit and help tenants to apply for help in obtaining rent and deposit.
If there are any problems that arise during a tenancy for example rent arrears, we make every effort in a non-confrontational approach to help assist and advise the tenant on how best to resolve the problem.
With our landlords we inform them of their duties and assist with any ongoing maintenance issues and on how best to resolve them. Advise them on selective licensing and other statutory requirements such as fire safety etc.
We are committed to ensuring we offer the best possible service to both tenants and landlords and therefore they can feel safe in the knowledge that we have their best interests at heart.
